We currently use two machines: 3-Axis Thermwood Model 53 with a Turret Head Repeatability of .002 and a 3-Axis Thermwood Model 45.

The examples below provide you an idea of the complexity and variety of parts that can be made.  These parts include multi thickness assemblies, shake and brake sheets with multiple pieces of the same part number, and other aerospace sheet metal parts.
